The Birthday Fellowship

Introduction

Whether you are a thinker, do-er, dreamer or all of the above, The Birthday Fellowship is your chance to build a better self and a "better Singapore" with first-hand guidance from a group of individuals with deep expertise, passion and professional backgrounds spanning the public, private and people sectors.

Our ideal cohort of Birthday Fellows will come from all walks of life: including a fresh graduate, an LGBT+ advocate, a student, a homemaker, a new citizen, an ex-convict or a single mother, among other possibilities. You might have just graduated, just completed a mid-career transition, or recently retired - so long as you are someone with a passion for Singapore, we want to hear from you!

For the cohort of 2021/2022, we received 30 applications and selected 9 Fellows!

The Birthday Fellowship Experience

The Fellowship Experience is segmented into two phases:

• Phase 1: Taking Root (November 2021 - February 2022)
• Phase 2: Lifting Off (March 2022 - October 2022)
